Order Cancellation
Only Full Cancellation allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed.

Order Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Physically damaged product during shipment.
- Defective or damaged item.
Here’s how to return an item:
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Documentation: Include a short note explaining the reason for your return, along with the invoice and the note with the order number.
- Packaging: Securely package the item with the invoice and note. Clearly mark our return address on the package (this should be the same address as seen on the invoice/delivery challan).
- Shipping: Send the package through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
Important Notes:
- We only accept returns for items purchased from our website, www.mdbcookers.com.
- We cannot accept returns for items purchased from physical stores or other online stores.
- Wrong product ordered: If you order the wrong item (e.g., 180mm tava instead of 220mm tava), you can place a new order for a different product in the same category with an equal or higher selling price.
- Send back the wrongly ordered product with the following remark: “Wrong product ordered. New order no – XXX”.
- Email us with the details of both orders and your bank account information for the refund.
- We will initiate an online fund transfer for the returned product amount within 7 working days of receiving it.
Products Supplied by Associates:
For items supplied by our associates, you are expected to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure it is in good working condition before accepting it. For example, if it’s a mixer grinder, you should plug it in and test it. Once you accept the product after inspection, returns will not be possible.
Order Refunds
All accepted refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for your purchase. For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account after you provide the necessary details and documents. We do not offer cash refunds.
Repair / Warranty Issues
If your product malfunctions or shows defects after the return period or after being accepted by our associates, these issues will be addressed by MDB Cookers under the terms of the warranty through our authorized service centers.
